In the event that you require repairs within the warranty period, kindly be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the inbound and outbound shipments. We strongly recommend using air mail or EMS for the return, as certain express courier services may impose additional taxes or parcel restrictions. In instances where personal damage is identified, a repair fee will be applied.
To initiate a warranty claim, please include a written description of the issue, along with your order number, order date, name, address, and phone number in the return package. This information expedites the identification and resolution process, enabling us to return the product to you promptly. Upon receipt at our facility, the repair process typically takes 7 business days before the product is dispatched.
